In partnership with the technology team and industry associates, Chris creates leading-edge technical business solutions in support of the organization’s mission and goals while providing best-in-class products and services for firms nation-wide.

Prior to becoming President, Chris served EBM as VP of Sales and was instrumental in leading key initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience and broadening the firms’ product and service offerings.

He has focused his career on achieving results, while team building and motivating those around him to achieve common corporate goals. Chris’ work /life philosophy is a basic one – “Work hard every day, do the ‘right’ thing – and good things will come”.

When Chris is not collaborating with his customers, he can be seen enjoying a good golf game and enjoying quality time with his family.

As VP of Sales, James spends his day working with clients to find the best solutions to the challenges they face. He works closely with the EBM technical team to ensure that all clients’ expectations are more than satisfied. Since his start with EBM in 1989, James has been responsible for selling new products and services. “Although our products and services have changed over the years, customer service has always remained our first priority.”

Rich is a technical solutions architect with over 25 years of IT experience. He as designed and built the IT blueprint for many small to mid-sized companies while focusing on customer satisfaction. Rich also prides himself on staying ahead of the technology curve whether its Cyber Security, Managed IT Services or Cloud Services. His organization and creative skills have helped make the face of EBM what it is today.

Melissa DalySales Success and Development - EBM Inc.

Melissa has recently joined the EBM team as the Sales Success and Development Manager, fostering and improving business relationships with partner firms and clients. Her background in IT hardware distribution channels includes the management of over 40 VARs in the U.S. Northeast region where her strong foundation of knowledge and relationships with the manufacturers enabled their continued growth and success.

Melissa is a highly energetic, self-motivated professional with extensive experience in sales and service. Responsible for sales success and development, social media presence and community outreach, Melissa ‘s demonstrated history of providing cross-functional support to customers and vendors alike is paramount in fostering the #EBMStrong attitude.

Recently transplanted from Florida, where she was born and bred, we welcome Melissa to the Northeast and value her belief in the importance of the customer experience and her commitment to continually improve communication and to provide the highest levels of service.

Beth is responsible for all things accounting and finance for EBM. Beth is a driven and innovative accounting professional with over 30 years experience in working with and servicing a wide range of firms in a diverse group of industries. Beth takes the ‘making a difference at work’ approach by adding value and uniqueness to the job, being a talent and the love of working in harmony with others in order to achieve mutual goals and successes.
